Overview
1. Email template
This will be the template which will be used to send manual as well as automatic emails.
2. Review form
Review form opens when customers click write a review button from their email. This is the form customers will fill and submit to post a review.
3. Settings
Add logo, review button settings, sender name, etc can be set from this section
4. Automatic email setting
Set automatic email and reminder email from this section
5. Thank you email
Thank you emails are sent once customer posts a review via email review request. Set thank you email template. Customers can choose to send a discount code for customers posting review.
6. Test email
Once everything is set up, store owners can send test email to check for formating in an actual email.
