We are sorry to know that you wish to cancel stores subscription. If you are facing any issues or need a feature, please contact us. Our support team will respond quickly to your ticket and do their best to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Subscription can be cancelled anytime. To cancel subscription, we recommend to first uninstall the app's code from the store. This can be done by navigating to uninstall tab inside our apps. If the code is manually inserted, then please remove the code from the location it was placed. If you need any assistance our support can assist you with uninstalling code.

Once all the code is removed, simply delete the app from your store.

Billing - If a paid plan is subscribed then billing stops from the time the app is deleted from the store. However, depending on the stores billing cycle it is possible to see charges in next billing statement. If the store is still in free trial then there will be no charges.
